Chapter 3
Jesus and Nicodemus
v15 Then everyone who believes
in him may have life that never ends. 
v16 God loved all the
people of the world very much. He gave his Son to save them. All those who
believe in his Son will have this life’.
v17 God did not want
the people of the world to die. He sent his son to save them and to give them
life that never ends. God will not *judge those who believe in his son.

judge ~ person
with authority to decide if what people have done is good or bad. He can say
what *punishment should be given to people who do bad things.
punish/punishment ~
to hurt someone who has done a wrong thing, to teach them not to do it again.
